Phenomenal Tech
This young man was Phenomenal. I hope you guys realize you have a GEM!! Drew was very courteous, always addressed me by name. He was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. Drew was the original tech to come out to diagnose the issue with my fridge. Once the assessment was complete he explained the issue and said the parts will have to be ordered for the repair, once parts are received another appointment will be scheduled which done and I was given the repair date. I ask if he would be the tech doing the repair, depends on scheduling. My return repair visit was today, and guess what? I got Drew!!! I was over the moon. I was really impressed with this young man. He's very knowledgeable and good at what he does. If I have anymore issues with any appliances, I will personally ask for Drew. Thank you Drew for your care and kindness. This has nothing to do with Drew. I had a service appointment on Thursday 7/27 with a 8-5pm time frame. I waited ALL Day for a tech, constantly receiving notifications 6 stops away, 4 stops away, 1 stop away. Then at 5pm I received text message stating my order was rescheduled until Monday 7/31. I was not happy for the simple fact no one called to inform me that the order was rescheduled. I do understand sometimes a job may take a little longer, or too many orders were booked for a certain day.. Don't wait until the end of the scheduled frame to notify of reschedule. Let the customer know as soon as you know so as not to waste their entire day. Especially when you know you can't make that appointment. Be a little more considerate in that respect. I had an amazing experience with the Tech. The service he provided was outstanding and very professional. While waiting for a part for my microwave he kept me posted as when the part was available and was prompt on his appointments. I appreciate his service.

Great Service Visit

Power tool success

Dryer check-up
