Found a dangerous situation
He replaced the heating element in my dryer. He also found the plug was charred where it plugs into the wall. He let me know the plug needed to be replaced by an electrician and turned off the breaker after he tested the dryer to be sure the new element was heating properly. That could have been a source of a fire. I contacted an electrician the same day. Great job for catching a potentially dangerous situation.
