The service was timely and excellent. Robert diagnosed the problem and fixed it within seven minutes. Although the actual issue was something minor, it caused a big problem for me, so I was glad that it turned out to be an "easy fix." Robert was expert, personable, explained what was wrong quickly but with understandable language. My highest regards.
