Home service
The technician, Fred came to look at my refrigerator. He said that everything looks sealed. I explained to him that I just pushed it back in today. He said that I did a good job so I guess this nothing else can be done to it.

He was knowledgeable and efficient. I wish that he had taken the boxes and disposed of parts since I will need to take them to the dump which they may or may not accept.

Job not complete
Technician replaced numerous parts over the past three months. However, after all this, the A/C unit still does not work. Technician stated no power to unit from breaker so we got an electrician to verify and there is indeed power to the unit. Need some resolution in the matter as our AC unit has now been out since August.

Icemaker repair
Arrived at 7:50 and remained in his vehicle in my yard without acknowledging us to 8:35. Technicia was on the phone with someone while repairing the refrigerator. He did complete the job on a timely manner

I was very uncomfortable signing a blank document. The other service people wrote their notes before they required my signature. He was not very friendly and seemed annoyed.

Gas Pack Service
I haven't seen anything that Fred did. He was out there less than 10 minutes when I asked him if he was going to wash out anything he told me he's sprayed foam. I saw foam inside my system. He did not use any water. He did not clean anything. I am not satisfied with his service.
