The Technician Andrew arrived early inspected my Refrigerator and told me in detail the problem. He changed the part I needed and was very friendly. I highly recommend Sears to fix all your appliances.

Job not totally finished!
As far as replacing the compressor on the fridge, Tim appears to have done a good job, however, the water dispenser is no longer working. It was working prior to changing the compressor. Why wasn't the rest of the systems checked before the repairman left? Di he disconnect/turn off something then failed to connect it back after the repair? The overall "Sears Appliance Repair System" is horrible. If I didn't have a "Sears" product under warranty, I would never have them repair anything!'
