The technician was great. He is always great. I want that to be extremely clear. I had the worst experience ever with sears scheduling platform and customer service. I called at least 15 times and sent emails and never got a response. Sears platform made getting to my technician an extremely frustrating process. Basics were I needed parts for the repair. The parts came in, but the website showed them as backorder. I tried countless times to update sears that I did indeed have the parts. Again after hours of calling, emails chat bots I had zero success in getting sears to update my account with parts received. This means every time I scheduled a repair (4 times) I would wait at home, then around 1pm get notice that my repair was canceled due to backorder parts. I then would start the calling again trying to notify someone that I do indeed have the parts please do not cancel. I scheduled another repair, wait around, auto cancel again, and again until finally I was able to get ahold of the technician before my repair was auto canceled and informed him I do in fact have the parts. Again the worst experience in connecting with sears for a simple piece of information. "I have my parts" which caused hours of frustration. I want to be clear again. The technician was great. The scheduling platform and customer service was the worst.
