Fast response after I reported that my dryer was not heating. He was here the next day!! He worked quickly and got my dryer working again and explained to me about the burned out wire. Thank you so much!

Evaluate Ice Maker not working and fix if possible
He was very nice and professional. Evaluated the problem and contacted the insurance company about the problem and explained everything to us. Would definitely recommend him.

Repairing issue with Ice Maker
The service technician was polite and very knowledgeable. He came in and checked in a step by step manner until he identified the issue. Then made repairs. I was not expecting a defect in workmanship to be the issue, but with wires being broken in to, that appears to be the issue. Whirlpool should have done a recall on this issue, since it is about the 3rd item on the repairman's list of this to check. The door being opened and closes causes it to break the wires.

Robert was great. He assessed the problem on the first visit. He came back today and fixed the problem. He was quick and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. He was very knowledgeable! He didn't leave until almost 6:30 pm! Give him a raise! My question is why parts have to be ordered for an appliance that is only a year old. Another appt was made for 11-27…the day before thanksgiving. However the parts all arrived and I called for an earlier appt and was given 11-26. On the morning of 11-26 I received an automated call telling me I NEEDED TO CALL to reschedule. What it all boiled down to was that technicians weren't working that week so there NEVER was an appt. I had scheduled family to gather at my house based on the idea that my refrigerator would be working. But..instead I had to wait ANOTHER week! Telephone operators were hard to understand and are the ones who gave the nonexistent appointments. I was sent 3 or 4 text messages to confirm today's appt and I replied "1" to each one with no response. I had to call to make sure it was confirmed. We are very unhappy about the time it took and the scheduling process!
