Recall service request went well. Scheduled quickly, was able to demonstrate washer problem to technician. Technician determined that parts needed to repair washer are no longer available, washer replacement recommended.

It's crazy there are very few techs that can work on r600. Not a good idea for GE. Even though it's taken weeks that was not the techs fault.

Honest tech
Adrian was very upfront and honest about potential cost and quality of our product. While we ultimately opted to NOT have him fix our oven, it was due to the high cost that Sears was charging for the labor not due to Adrian. It would cost us more than the replacement part in labor charges for a 15 minute job. At a labor fee of approximately $280, that would come out to over $1100/hour that Sears charges. No thanks.
