Chest Freezer not Refrigerator
Anthony had a great personality and I enjoyed talking to him. He was unable to work on my product due to Warranty Department listing the wrong product. I had issues with the person I spoke to yesterday. I couldn't get her to understand which product I was referring to.

Anthony is outstanding. Unfortunately, no fault to him, but he could not even get ouf LG fridge to start. And our home warranty company, it seems, removed us from his service and indicated assignment to a non- Sears tech from which we have heard zip.
