He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I only had a problem with him not showing up or calling to let me know that he wouldn’t be coming the day I was scheduled. Not sure if he is responsible for that or someone else.

Steve did a great job and was very professional. The reason I am only giving a 3 star rating is the labor charge was way too high for the time he was here. I paid almost $300 labor and he was here maybe 30-40 minutes.

I was told one time that the service technician was coming but he came at a totally different time and I was at work at that time. He told me if I wasn’t there at the time he arrived, he would not wait on me. I work 45 minutes away from my home and the time I made it to work, it was 9:46 am and there was no way I could get there by 10:00 am. He was very rude via text only. The second service technician never showed up. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with a service technician.
