Great experience with Sears/A&E repair services. Our technician, Michael, was very knowledgeable about the issues and was able to quickly identify the problem & make the repairs in a timely manner. Our ice machine is working better now than it has in over 2 years!! Great experience, great service!!

Robert was excellent in his work. Kept trying until he found the solution. The problem was a digital thermostat and was very difficult to find out how to get it to reset correctly. He was friendly and personable. Will definitely use Sears Appliance Service again whenever we need anything repaired.
