It has been over five months Of me not having a refrigerator for my family with this company with the back-and-forth sending technicians out and has not fix my refrigerator yet. This new technician Bruce Lott has called Sears home wanted an informed them Once again that it can't be fixed. All I want is a working refrigerator for the service that I pay for every month and not have to go through the court system For my family suffering for this long without service that I pay for.
