Super tech
Ice maker/dispenser stopped operating. This is on our Sears side x side w/freezer drawer. Thankfully my wife diligently purchased a maintenance agreement. Travis arrived, minutes later the problem was diagnosed, subsequently ordered parts. SERVICE, excellent service. Parts arrived a few days ago. Travis joyfully arrived early. Replaced the part and checked the work area. (Great job remained tidy) Thank you Sears and Travis

Refrigerator Repair
Travis did a wonderful job, he's very experienced, patience, and knows what he is doing. My only concern is Sears changed me without my refrigerator operating properly. If they it would be greatly appreciated. I want Sears delay the charges until it starts to function correctly. I don't believe in paying for something when I don't get my money's worth.
