Maytag Junk
Ray was exceptional, this is the fourth time in less than two years that this Maytag washer has been repaired, Ray was the only technician that showed concern and acted like he knew what he was doing. The technician before him ordered the parts that were needed to fix the machine and Ray installed them, five minutes after the repair was made and the machine broke again. A video was sent him a video of what it was doing and he said he would turn it in in the morning.
