Ray was not only considerate but punctual too, actually giving me a call 30 min before he'd be there (something most places say they'll do but don't). He diagnosed the problem and game me clear options with upfront prices. Truly felt like he was treating us as he would want someone in his family to be treated. Will definitely be calling Ray if we run into any other appliance issues in the future!
