Great Job
The technician was excellent. We actually saw three in the course of this repair sequence. All good. However, our parts were delivered on January 2nd; but job not actually accomplished until January 9th and 11th. The telphone and online stuff is archaic and poorly implemented. I never actually talked to a person. This needs to be fixed.

Good. Needs duct work rechecked. Gulfport hassles . Encourage me to join Sears protection includes "more help" less monthly pay than Choice Home warranty. Be on channel 84 and such ( sparklight cable.. caregiver for Mom age 93 )

I was surprised that chw processed the claim and sent the technician out so fast! Richard was very professional and helpful and fixed my hvac very quickly. I would certainly use this company again.
