Raymond arrived after the 0800-1700 time initially estimated in my service call, but once he got here he was very efficient, had the necessary parts and quickly replaced the heating element in my dryer. Service was great. The only complaint I could have is the pressure repeatedly applied by the call center operators to get me to sign up for additional services. Not only did they do this when I initially placed the service order, but they called back on the day of service prior to the the technician's arrival. It seems they cannot accept a "no thank you" response.
