I was able to find a dryer belt for a 35 yo Sears Kenmore dryer. It'll be good for another 35 years!! Right?!!

Dan the repair technician was very friendly and efficient - the fact that it took 5 weeks to get 2 parts (which were readily available on Amazon) and get my stove repaired was absurd.

Your technician was wonderful. Your customer service, scheduling and parts department were the absolute worst. And, I will never use Sear’s Home Service again. Your customer service representatives are liars and discourteous. I plan to tell everyone who will listen, your organization is the worst kind of awful.

The ice maker was replaced, installed and paid for. The same issue exists. Water is still overflowing into cube collection tray causing a layer of ice build up. No other diagnostic test was completed for root cause of the water overflowing. An assumption was made the ice maker was bad.
