The technician was nice and thorough in explaining what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. He also checked on warranty and wasn't pushy about fixing it as it would cost us as much as what we paid for it.

Zac was one of the nicest repair service man I've encountered. He explained what he was doing and why. He was polite and very courteous with my questions. He was great with my dogs and even gave them a treat . He has made three friends for life. I highly recommend him and hope to have him return us I need assistance in the future.
