Zakary was great, but working with the warranty company Assurant and Sears Home Services was a nightmare and took over a month to get resolved. The communication among us, Assurant, and Sears was horrible! When we first set up an appointment, no one showed up and we waited all day not being told why no one showed up. We were not kept in the loop as to what was going on.
