What a wonderful day
The tech was plasent and easy to speak to. He quickly assessed the issue. And called it in for service approval. They decided it needed replaced. He spoke with empathy and explained what I knew and yet didn't over sell what was next or to be expected. He was to the point and explained everthing properly.
