Fridge on the fritz
Keith was very pleasant, knew he what he was doing. I feel it is totally unfair that he should get a ding on his record for it taking almost 3 months to hopefully get our fridge fixed. Fingers crossed this repair today has fixed our issue. Thank you, Dona

Great technician but no service
Martin was very helpful, however the problem with my Frig was not covered by my warranty. I was unable to figure out how to talk to someone live when I tried to make the appointment. If I had done so, I would not have had to pay the fee for a service call I did not need. . I have no warranty info that says it was not covered. I have had the warranty for years. I need updated information.
