Treavor always does a very good and professional job at repairing our appliances. Too bad the rest of Sears isn't as efficient. We still haven't received our microwave that was ordered by Treavor over a year ago.

Trevor was great when I was finally able to get him here. He was a five star. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Not to happy with service he works for. They have no idea about how they are scheduling. Waited 4 weeks for final part installation. Had me sit and wait for service and no one showed up. Then on Saturday they called me about ten times telling me I had an appointment Sunday June 2. My appointment was Jun 3rd. It is very hard trying to contact a live person. Then they seem to be from overseas. Don't know what they are talking about. Makes me think twice about buying another warranty.

I did not have an experience because the service guy never did show up. If you get lost you need to know to call to get help to get here.

Tech came for service call on stove and dishwasher. Charged $99 for each appliance. Plugged stove back in and said nothing wrong. No test performed. Dishwasher had drain issues. He took maybe 10 min and said drain pump. Estimate 400. As soon as he left my stove went out again. He spent more time collecting money then he did fixing anything. So 200 and nothing fixed. Total rip off.

Very courteous and on time,was helpful explaining the situation, although the first tech didn't really find the problem, just assumed that the problem was bearing in tub.washed a load of clothes and there is still a problem, going to have to call again, they never waited for me to run a load,doesn't make noise when you run it empty
