The company kept me advised about the arrival time of the repairman. The repairman phoned to let me know his approximate arrival time. He was very friendly and helpful. It was an overall great experience.

Roy, did a great job, our problem was with the service provided by the Sears Home Office Service Representatives. They contacted us several times asking the same questions and were not very helpful in responding to our questions and concerns. I was cut off during one call and had to wait over 10 minutes to speak with someone else.
