I am giving a rating of 3 due to the fact that he was supposed to be here a week ago. I waited all day (8-5). No one from AHS called or texted. The ordered parts sat in the packages on the basement floor for a week and a half. I think that Glen does good work but communication is lacking.

Fridge water/ice wasn't fixed when tech came. The lines seemed to of possibly froze up and now thawed with fan being replaced and his flooding the kitchen. Will be filing a new claim tomorrow.

Ice maker is still not working

Blake showed up. Went in house to check breaker, then checked a/c unit for serial number and model. He said the outside tag was ineligible, I asked if he removed the cover to check if a tag inside, he said no. When my husband got home I had him take a picture of the tag. He did and if you zoom in on it the number is quite clear. He then removed the cover and there was another tag which clearly had the numbers on it. What is so madening is that Blake said the tags are not on the inside only on the outside. And furthermore the techs get payment before they even do anything. So they got payment for labor which is stated on the emailed receipt for doing nothing. This tech obviously knows very little on how to find a tag with serial and model numbers on a a/c unit. We are beyond angry Blake did not put forth more effort to find the numbers he needed. We will not use Sears home services for any needed repairs in our house again. I do have pictures of the tags if you follow up on this review, that I would be happy to send to you if needed. It's just so unfortunate the customer service is so lacking.

Very rude tech

He deserves a 0! Very rude & lazy! Refused to look at my machines. Left without doing anything except being a wise guy! I will never buy this insurance again and I will never do business with Sears on any level!

The worst ever

I could tell when he got out of the van that he hated his job. Yes my washer is in a tight area but I put it there by myself. He may have tried for a minute to get it out and said he couldn't do it I just had surgery yesterday and couldn't get it out myself. So he left and the washer didn't get fixed .

When he left he said I was" good to go " to do laundry. My washer is not draining and spinning properly on any cycle. Today was my 4th call to American Home Shield (my home warranty company) for this same appliance. One call was due to a no call/no show from Glenn. I can't continue taking off work from 8-5 every week to have my washer fixed. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Sears at this time.
