Kyle was amazing!!
Kyle was very kind and focused on doing a professional job. No matter how many times he had to go up and down stairs. Really appreciated Sears keeping me informed and up to date on when Kyle would be here, ordering the part, and my next appointment. Great customer service.

Washer Repair
Kyle was nice and friendly when he arrived. Since he arrived when the fellows were also arriving home from work we had to ask him to move his work van out of driveway and park on a specific area of the street. He was very accommodating. He came in and completed the repairs with in 30 minutes he was finished and told our team members everything was completed and up and working correctly. Wonderful job performance. Thank you for a job well done.
