Service visit
Roger was persistent and systematic in his diagnostic approach. He was able to determine the fan motor/capacitor was the source of the exhaust fan not working. He was not able to gain access to remove the fan motor/capacitor short of uninstalling the range hood. I appreciate his attempt.

He's Exceptional!
The original service tech that came out had to come out multiple times because he wasn't getting the job done correctly and we had to raise and lower the feet and empty our refrigerator and freezer multiple times and after I believe four visits, we finally requested a different guy and Greg is the one that came out the last time and he knew what he was doing. Today he came out and do exactly what he had to do to replace the feet that were worn out from raising and lowering too many times. Greg is very pleasant and he's there to get the job done and done correctly!
