What we didn't know.
Very knowledgeable technician. Unfortunately the problem with our refrigerator was a toss up between fixing and buying a new one. Being the present one is over 8 years old, we've decided to replace it. The technician helped us with that decision.

He did a wonderful job replacing the motor and re-attaching some needed work. His work was great! However, now the dishwasher leaks.
