Showed up as scheduled and replaced faulty ice maker that was still under warranty. Technician was knowledgeable and took about 1 hour to diagnose and replace.

The issue we were having when I scheduled a service call hasn’t happened in a while so I told that to the technician. He ran some tests to recreate the sound to no avail, but he gave me ideas and tips to help diagnose the issue and told me to contact them when we have future issues.
