The tech was great super helpful. But waiting almost 2 months for a washer to be fixed is absolutely a joke. I hope GE products are better in the future. This should never happen to a product that is only 4 months old.

Michael did a good job. Arrived on time and did good job. Service dept was almost impossible to deal with, back and forth with a e.ding of Thank you and goodbye, leaving me hanging without proper resolution. I am skeptical of Sears to do further service through AHS for me in the future. Every service call is the same goat rope between AHS, Sears and the paying customer. A Sears robot and a AHS Malaysian trying hard to compensate for the untenable arrangement AHS has built. Sears and AHS needs to revamp the entire process.

I was very pleased with the way the technician handled the whole process. he did what he had to do without fuss, or making a mess. Knew what he was doing, and was extremely courteous. My only complaint is the time window that I was given by the company. Too long.
