Perfect service
Bachirou called half an our before our appointment, showed up exactly on time, and (literally) within 30 seconds had correctly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator. We then had a pleasant chat while he efficiently fixed the problem and went on his way. Couldn't have been easier or smoother.

Jonathan was great. Sears needs lots of help.
This is to take nothing away from our tech, he was great. I'm just shocked at how clueless Sears is in customer service. No way to speak to a human on chat or phone. Giving you an 8-5 window and expecting someone to be home? Don't people work? It wasn't until the morning of that gave me an estimated arrival time of 1:07, and the tech was there at 11.
