AC issue
Technician came out to repair our ductless mini split. He determined the unit was no longer serviceable and reported that info to our inspector insurance company. We'll see where things go from there, but the technician was helpful. I would have appreciated a call before arriving but my schedule was flexible that afternoon.

Amazing service
Robert provided me an amazing service. He is very thoughtful and spends the time to identify and explain the issue to the customers. He is very knowledgeable and was able to identify an issue that was not straight forward. And he got it right on the first try with the replacement part. I can say that this is one of the best technicians experiences I've ever had, and the next time I have an appliance issue I will cal Sears and ask for him specifically if that is an option.

Fridge repair
Great experience - Loved that Aaron called me in the morning to let me know when he would be by and I felt like I had a contact person. He answered all my questions, throughly investigated the problem - but parts were not longer available. Helped clean the giant dust bunnies under the fridge when it was pulled out.
