Fabulous technician
Jeff came to my house not knowing if my refrigerator was a brand serviced by Sears. He took time to research it and found he was able to work on it. He showed me all of the parts that were causing problems but didn't push me into buying parts that I didn't need. He was able to fix my freezer and told me what to watch for in the future. I was very pleased with my experience and will be recommending others to ask for Jeff if they need an appliance repaired.
