Our dryer had a horrible squeaking sound while in use. Gregory quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered parts to be shipped to us, then very quickly replaced the parts after we received them. He even made sure we could use the dryer without the squeaking between appointments. He did an amazing job.

Matthew did an excellent job. Super knowledgeable. Professional. My only complaint with his entire process is I was supposed to call the company number back to let them know that the parts had arrived. The phone line was automated and did not give me an option to let you know the parts that arrived. Or if it did, I was not smart enough to figure it out.
