Cal was fantastic. On time (early) and knew right away how to test & fix the issue. Unfortunately I will not see him again bc the Sears system of bots, no updated information and the service call fee with no option to cancel without penalty is ridiculous at best and offensive as a matter of course. Once a reliable service operation, it now just feels like a scam.
