Hey Bret is one cool dude. He had my equipment fixed like right away. Then he actually fixed it like new. I was impressed. Bret will always have a happy customer when it comes to this house. He is a doctor just on Machines. I can not say enough about how cool it was to have him as a service technician. If really hope I never need to have his services but if I need them I hope Bret is the person they send. Professional hardworking and explained everything I had questions on. Talk about a master class in Mechanics. I just wish I had Bret as a handyman who could repair all the stuff I have which needs repairs. The part I thought was awesome was how he was able to make it make sense to me. A person who has no mechanical ability what so ever. Bret is always welcome to come back.

I am very happy today with the sears technician his name is Jeffrey. He called me 30 in ad Vance to let me know that his is on his way. Right after he arrived at the house , he retired the range very quickly. I really appreciated his work . He is knowledgeable enough for the job. Finally, I would like to express my gratitude for that matter. That he is so professional for his job. Keep up the good work.

Robert was awesome. He knows so much about the appliances. Good guy. However, there were two delays to get him out here because of weather and so many calls for service. I took two days off from work only to have my appointment rescheduled twice. But Robert was such a nice guy, I wasn't mad at him. How am I gonna recover those two days i missed at work?
