Focused, detailed and efficient tech
I am very pleased with the technician who fixed the bottom freezer of my refrigerator. Mr. Maurio was very efficient in getting the job done in a timely manner. He was most knowledgeable of what needed to be done and did it. And last but not least, he was very courteous and respectful. I am so glad that Sears has associates like him on the team.
