Wonderful Service Visit
Adonis was very personable and went immediately to work on our refrigerator when he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it quickly. In addition, he determined how to resolve several other minor issues as well. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Great service!

Howard was great... BUT
Howard was polite, knowledgeable, quick, and helped find a was to lower the cost of my repair. Sears however, needs to find a way to shorten the gap for the repair window because an 8 hour spread is insane.
