The Sears repair service member was a life saver. He came right in and assessed the issue, informed me of the problem fixed it and was done shortly afterwards. I will certainly be using them next time I need an appliance repaired.

Our fridge has been not working for awhile. Multiple techs came out and it was difficult to diagnose the problem. This required multiple trips. The biggest frustration was every time I had to call sears and make a new visit, there was no easy way to get the same tech back. It didn’t matter that I asked by name, by tech number, and the call center telling me they would make note. This whole process could have been much easier on everyone involved if this could have been not handled by five different techs who were each unfamiliar with the ongoing saga and perhaps I could have not been without a refrigerator for a month while playing these games. Very frustrating for everyone involved. I am glad my fridge appears to be finally working, but please let your technicians and call center people communicate with the dispatch directly, or have some way of ensuring the same tech come out for a “re-call”. Our one tech, David, went above and beyond to help us and I am eternally grateful for all of his work in trying to get this problem solved.

He installed the new ice maker but that may not be the problem so I am waiting to see if it starts working. He was very personable and efficient and polite.
