David was able to quickly identify the issue with our air conditioning unit and repair it. He double checked to make sure the unit was functioning properly, and he informed me of the issue so that I would know. David was friendly and professional.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Maurio. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He called several times to let us know his time of arrival at our home. He made sure the area inside and around the refrigerator was all neat and clean before leaving. He informed us that the part and service was covered under our extended warranty! He is a real asset to Sears Service Department.
