Did nothing but reset control panel
Dryer squeaking loudly often. The technician did not take anything apart to check if the problem was a pulley, belt or bearings. Talked about his health problems. Only reset the control panel. Not happy with this service at all.

Horrible customer service.
His work ethic was GARBAGE. The man told me to get on a boat and go back to my country. He didnt like that i asked questions on what he had done had done to prevent the same issue; and finally threatened to charge me twice the cost. He was rude, racist, and apparently represents this company by continuing to be employed and uphold their values. Complaints were filed, as far as I know. RACIST and SHAMEFUL.

Not happy
Mark came out and did nothing but run the dryer waiting for it to turn off. Suggested I over loaded it. Nope Mark, I do believe I know how to do laundry. Had to call the next day to have them send another tech out because it was still doing the same thing! New tech diagnosed problem and fixed it.

Worst repair experience,
The whole repair claim was a nightmare that no customer should have to go thru, Waited 6weeks for a part to be ordered and when it came in the washing machine didn't work and the repair man said we needed a new washing machine. Customer service and tracking parts with sears was impossible to work with, would definitely not recommend any Sears Protection Plan. Stay away from Sears, horrible

Another runaround
John was here weeks ago to service our washing machine. He needed to order parts to complete the task. Parts ordered, arrived, and John returned. It was as if he had never been here before. Didn't remember ordering the part and said that we needed 6 if them to complete the job. When I told him that this was not acceptable, to wait another week for our repair he just said "call another servicer" and left. So now it's off to the laundromat again. This warranty company has let us down yet again. Every repair takes multiple visits over several weeks to complete. We just want our machine fixed in a timely manner. The fact that John cannot understand our frustration makes him unfit to deal with customers.

Service
Your service message said he would be here, however he called to ask if I had a service plan, then told me he was going to lunch and would arrive between one and two. He told me I needed a part that would be mailed to me and would not be able to have anyone out before next Wednesday. I told him that was not acceptable. He then called someone to see if they had to part. He then went out to his truck, came back with a fuse, changed it and the refrigerator worked. He obviously had not checked that previously. Why would you tell me I needed a part prior to checking the fuse? I did not feel comfortable with anything he was saying. I asked him to speak to his boss, he gave me an 800 number which was a total waste of time because it sent me in circles. A couple of months ago I had a service person come to my Florida home and it was a wonderful experience.
