Refigerator Malfunction
Don was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem in minutes. Unfortunately, the replacement part that was needed to complete the job was not in his truck. Now, we must order the part and have it installed' more delays and inconvenience. This was not Don's fault but exposes the poor process your company has for effective job performance and customer satisfaction. This could have been avoided by having the Technician call us to understand the problem and identify potential solutions. In that way he could have had the part in his truck and fixed the problem in one trip. Talking to foreigners at a call center is not very conducive for promoting customer satisfaction.

Service experience
Both technicians were very professional and respectful of our home! The first technician diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained the procedure which included him ordering the part before he left. The part arrived on time and we received a text message indicating when the second technician would arrive to install it. He arrived when he said he would and removed and replaced the faulty control panel and then checked to insure the washer was working again. Both of them had pleasant attitudes and a good work ethic! Great experience!!!
