John did a great job in looking into our dryer computer problem and identifing a tough problem and was able to fix it very quickly with parts he had in his truck. Much appreciated and he described what to look out for in the future so we know more how the dryer works.

Cass did a great job in completely explaining and offer suggestions. My tractor is 31 years old, and the part is not available. I would prefer to have Cass service my tractor repairs in the future. Can I request him in the future?
