Techs are very good, admin system terrible.
Sears technicians are very skilled and capable. Your administration systems (scheduling & digital interface) is terrible. I'm happy to discuss opportunities for improvement with anyone from Sears. The issues I've experienced make me want to find another service organization next time.

Fantastic service and incredibly quick!
I was able to enter a request through email this morning, and they came within 2 hours! The tech was courteous and was able to repair my dishwasher within 20 minutes. I am happy to recommend James and Sears appliance repair, and will definitely reach out when I need them in the future!

Pleasant, prompt and efficient
John called to let me know when he would be arriving and when he did arrive, he was very polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer and was able to get it working very quickly as well. No complaints and if I should need service in the future, I hope that John is the technician sent out again.
