Arrived in timely manner
Tim arrived within the time stated and called me when he was on the way. Unfortunately (no faults of Tim's) he was unable to fix my fridgidaire dishwasher (only used for 5 months) given the restraints fridgidaire place on the repair company. He was very polite and courteous. I would recommend Tim

No Human Contact
Ray was in and out in less than an hour. Wunderbar! Only he gets five stars. Not your company. I made my claim by phone but did not have the option to speak to a warm body. The time slots available were 8 a - 5 p. As previous calls will show, I am not a morning person. I am a confessed night owl. Your man showed up to interrupt my sleep at 11 am. Not good. Further, I was not offered the option of conducting my business by paper, the way I prefer. Instead, I had to use my phone to complete the transaction, agreeing to let you junk up my mailbox with more excreta. I understand that the reason behind this is so that no human is made responsible for anything. HEY, You! In your Ivory Towers, not everyone has access to a computer or a "smartphone". Those that do are not always tech-savvy.

Air conditioner check

Kenmore oven repair
Tim did a fantastic job walking me through the diagnostic process of repair on my oven. He took his time and thoroughly checked for any issues besides the igniter. After making sure that my problem was accurately assessed he gave me all my options for repair and insurance coverage options. Tim finished my repair and helped me to understand the insurance plan to cover the rest of my appliances for any other repair needs that might arise in the future.
