Dan was out to help my 80 year old aunt with her GE stackable washer/dryer. He was very professional, patient, and kind. He explained things throughly to my aunt. She was SO happy with Dan. She said that he found the problem with her washer, explained what caused the issue and taught her how to avoid the problem in the future. She felt very comfortable with Dan and he even took the time to call her son and explain the repair to him also. We couldn't be happier. Dan was the best! We are so grateful. Thank you.
