Great technician, terrible customer service system
Jalen was knowledgeable, and polite ! Your system is the worst I have ever experienced !! The automated system doesn't allow for customer contact with a human being. This created considerable hardship for us, and numerous times I could have saved your company wasted time and money. The few times the insurance company contacted your back room operation, the person on the other end had such a heavy accent, I couldn't comprehend his/her comments. Also, it was obvious from the background noice there were many people talking on other lines.
