Great technician, poor customer service
The technician was very nice. He replaced the compressor on our fridge. He was able to repair the fridge and did it very quickly. Technician 5/5. As far as A&E factory service, it's extremely difficult to get a hold of a real person to talk to. We waited on someone to come all day and we didn't even get a phone call saying they were not showing up. We had to have GE call and reschedule an appointment. Customer services is very poor but the technician was great.
