The service on my washer
Seth was very very knowledgeable about my washer. He showed me some functions I didnt know I had. He was also patience when I asked a lot of questions about my washer. Seth gives excellent service.

Refrigerator
My technician was great. He changed my lights which went well. But shame on Sears. I have a sears Kenmore refrigerator and I need a shelf for it and you cannot get it for me. I'm still waiting. Could you please find out where my shelf is?
