GE subcontracts with Sears Home Services or A&E Factory Services in our area. We have a brand new refrigerator that needs the main board replaced after a service tech diagnosed the problem. We have had the new board for over two weeks and I cannot talk to anyone to confirm when someone is coming back. The call center is useless!!

I have been without a washer since before Christmas. I have been to the laundromat three times at $30 a pop
